TASTING NOTES This wine was aged in oak barrels for 24 months. For the first 12 months, the varietals were raised separately, then the cut was made and it was placed in the same barrels for another 12 months. During this second stage, the fine lees were kept in suspension using batonnages. Intense ruby red color, with purple reflections. Very intense aroma of red fruits (plums, cherries, strawberries), accompanied by vanilla, bitter cocoa and spices, provided by the new oak. On the palate, it is a full-bodied, fruity and complex wine. Its structure and exhaustive production care predict long aging while preserving its attractive characteristics.
